Meals from the last couple of weeks
I weighed in this morning and I am down 3 lbs from last week !!!! Thank goodness, because loosing keeps me motivated !!
I am down a total of 5.2 lbs since I started WW (this time).
Since, I am down a total of 5 lbs … I get my 5 lbs reward … new running shoes!!! Run On .. here I come this weekend !!!!!
I had full intentions of posting everyday…. but Life got in the way … funny how that happens. I am sitting in the hospital waiting room waiting for my husband to get out of surgery… so I actually have some quiet time 🙂
I am hoping to get back on a routine of posting….. stay tuned.
Soo, I have a goal of running a 30 min. 5k … I only got 1.4 miles in 25 minutes … uuggghhh ! It is the first time I have ran in awhile… actually I wanted more than ran… but it is better than nothing !!

Breakfast: Smart Ones french toast w/ turkey sausage = 7 pts — I thought it would try something different … YUK .. won’t be having this again… it was NOT worth the 7 pts!!!
Lunch: Smart Ones Pasta Primavera = 6 pts
Dinner: Spaghetti w/ sauce & salad = 7 pts I used whole wheat spaghetti, which I seem to like alot better than the regular stuff !
Snacks: Banana (0 pts), Fiber One Chocolate Chewy bar (2 pts), Chicarrones/ Dumas Pasta (5 pts) — these were pretty cool.. see picture below
Well, this is the first day back from
hell Spring Break… I think I did pretty good.
Breakfast: Whole Wheat english muffin w/ Walden Farms preanut spread (0 pts!) and bananas = 3 pts
Lunch: Boca All American flame grilled burger on a deli flat w/ Walden Farms honey mustard spread (0 pts), lettuce, tomatoes, onions and strawberries on the side. = 5 pts
Dinner: left over Chicken Parm from Magic Time Machine… I guessed at the points since they don’t list nutritional information (darn it!!) = 9 pts
Snacks: Kashi peanut butter granola bar & weight watchers ice cream bar = 8 pts
