On July 28, 2013 I started a Couch25k program. I have started it in the past and never made it past the first couple of weeks. This time I seem to have the MOTIVATION to keep with it! I am now in week 5!!

I usually try to have a glass of water between my sodas … however, this week it hasn’t been happening.
Well, since I seem to have fallen off the boat with my weight loss. I decided I need some motivation… what better than a Challenge!!!
I joined the Burst Into Summer Challenge @ Sisterhood of the shrinking jeans
The challenge starts tomorrow… which is perfect because Wednesdays are my weigh in day.

Meals from the last couple of weeks
I weighed in this morning and I am down 3 lbs from last week !!!! Thank goodness, because loosing keeps me motivated !!
I am down a total of 5.2 lbs since I started WW (this time).
Since, I am down a total of 5 lbs … I get my 5 lbs reward … new running shoes!!! Run On .. here I come this weekend !!!!!
I had full intentions of posting everyday…. but Life got in the way … funny how that happens. I am sitting in the hospital waiting room waiting for my husband to get out of surgery… so I actually have some quiet time 🙂
I am hoping to get back on a routine of posting….. stay tuned.
